I believe that one picture can say more meaningful things than a thousand words. If you want to see it, you have to connect with the picture/scenario first. I chose this picture because it represents us and teaches us how to live in this world. For example, trees teach us how to be calm while the world is in motion, and water teaches us how to keep going no matter what obstacle is in front. When you combine all these factors, you start to see yourself in nature. I like this kind of exercise because it helps us to understand our nature and how we are one with the world.
