The hike to Cutthroat Pass and the view from the top is one of the best hiking experiences in the world. Sitting at the pass has always been spiritual and awe-inspiring for me. The 360 degree view of the peaks, the Pacific Crest Trail going towards the Canadian border from there having come more than 4200km from the Mexican border, and the feeling of being immersed in the mountains make it the most special place to me.
